1979 The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Bronte - Illustrated Vintage Book

In excellent condition, here is an elegant and attractive vintage edition of The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Bronte published by Heron Books in their Literary Heritage Collection in 1979. Bound in dark blue faux leather with gilt decoration. Includes black and white illustrations, (see photos) and a light blue place marker ribbon.

Pages inside are excellent being bright, clean and tightly bound with no writing, or inscriptions. Pale blue endpapers have intricate gilt patterning.

Deep blue faux leather boards are very attractive. The dark blue has remained lovely and un-faded and the gilt on the front board/spine is sparkly bright. Very slight bumping to the bottom corners - but minor (see photos). A very attractive book.
