Inside the pages are in good condition being clean and tightly bound. Has a pencilled name on the front free endpaper, but no other writing or markings of previous ownership. The top edge is gilt.

Light brown cloth covered boards are also excellent having been well protected by the dust jacket.

The unclipped jacket has the loss to the top of the spine mentioned above, with some fading also to the spine, otherwise clean and smart. The jacket has now been protected for the future by the addition of a removable plastic sleeve.

Your vintage copy of English Heraldry will be wrapped with great care in tissue and ribbon* and sent well packaged. I am always happy to add a gift card with a message to the parcel.
