1947 Novels by The Bronte Sisters / First Edition The Pilot Press London / Vintage Book / Contains Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights & Agnes Grey

In good condition here is a vintage copy of Novels by the Bronte Sisters contains Jane Eyre by Charlotte, Wuthering Heights by Emily and Agnes Grey by Anne. It is a first edition hardback from The Pilot Press of London first produced in 1947. It is unusual to find these three novels, by the different sisters, bound together in one volume.

Inside has some mild scattered spotting and the occasional slight nicked edge or folded corner. Lacks the blank front free endpaper and so opens directly onto the title page. Has a name in the top corner of the back free endpaper (see final photo), but no other writing or markings of previous ownership and this one is quite unobtrusive, being right at the back of the book. An unillustrated edition.

Brown cloth covered boards have also fared very well. The only real condition point to note with the exterior is a few light scuffs around the titles on the front (see close up photo). Otherwise very good, clean, smart and un-faded.
