In very good condition here is a lovely copy of Myths of the Norsemen From The Eddas and Sagas, by HA Guerber. Published in 1929 by George Harrap & Co, Ltd of London. Richly illustrated with numerous black and white plates (see photos).

Inside the pages are in super condition. The top closed edge is tinted green - with one scuff. All of the plates are in clean and bright condition. Has a bookplate on the front free endpaper, but no other writing or markings of previous ownership.

In attractive olive-green cloth covered boards. These have a blind stamped decorative border to the front and shiny bright gilt decoration to the spine. With some very faint marks to the back and spine, but these are minor being almost impossible to see unless holding the book right up to the light. Has some slight rubbing to the corners and spine ends, again minor. Clean, tight and square.
