In good condition, here is a super antique cookery book. The Day-By-Day Cookery Book - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Menus For Every Day of the Year by Whybrow. Published in 1900 by Sands and Company, London. With vintage advertisements at the beginning and end.

Inside the pages are clean and tightly bound with no writing or inscriptions. Has some folded corners and the occasional faint dark mark. With a cracked hinge at the beginning, but in no way effecting the binding of the text block which is good and strong. One page has a small area of loss on the fore-edge from, nowhere near the text. An unillustrated book.

Olive-green cloth covered boards have black and white decoration to the front and spine - which has rubbed away in places. Has a couple of light line marks down the front, and some light marks on the rear board. With rubbing to the cloth on the corners and spine ends which has rubbed away some of the green in places.

So, with a bit of wear but remaining an attractive antique cookery book.
