1870s Prayer Book / Full Leather With Brass Edgings and Clasp - Gilt Edged Pages

In very good condition, here is a Book of Common Prayer, Together With Psalms and Lesson For Sundays and Holy Days and The New Testament. A very attractive copy, still perfect for reading, gifting and display.

In a black full leather binding with ornate gilt decoration to the front, back and spine. Has brass edging and clasp. Pages are gilt on all sides. 

Undated but looks to be around the 1870s. A couple of condition points to note. Lacks the blank front yellow free endpaper and so opens directly onto the title page. The title page has a closed tear which has been professionally repaired on the reverse side (see photos). With a few folded corner tips. Mild rubbing to leather spine ends. Otherwise excellent. Pages are clean, bright and tightly bound with no writing or other markings of previous ownership.
