Here is a comprehensive antique edition of The Treasury of Natural History or A Popular Dictionary of Zoology by Samuel Maunder. Published in 1862 by Longman, Green, Longman and Roberts of London. In a fine binding with marbled page edges and endpapers, and with multiple illustrations in the text.

Inside the pages are clean, bright and tightly bound. This copy has not been written in and there are no other markings of previous ownership. With a lovely illustrated frontispiece.

In a fine calf leather binding with ornate decoration to the spine. Again in top order, with just a few light scuffs to the boards and light rubbing to the corners and spine ends. The gilt decoration is shiny bright, and this is a very attractive copy.
