1980 Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen / The Franklin Library / Richly Illustrated With Portraits of the Characters / Decorative Boards

In good condition here is a striking edition of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Published in 1980 by The Franklin Library. In a bright red faux leather binding with ornate gilt decoration and raised bands. Gilt-edged on all sides and with a number of black and white portraits of the main characters.

Has a bookplate on the front paste down (see photos), otherwise no other writing or markings of previous ownership. All of the pages and portraits are in top order. The edges are shiny bright gilt, with a few light scuffs.

Bright red boards with shiny gilt are also super with no condition points to note.
