Inside the pages are clean and tightly bound with just the occasional spot. This copy has not been written in, and there are no other markings of previous ownership. Gilt edged along the top. The other two sides are untrimmed. All sixteen black and white plates are in good condition.

Dark-green faux leather over boards have very attractive gilt to the front and spine. Boards are in very good order, clean and un-faded. With just a couple of scuffs on the back. The gilt remains shiny bright and this is a very attractive book.
