In very good condition here is a charming antique pocket-sized hardback copy of New Rambles in Old London. Published in 1923 by The Homeland Association, London. With a number of line drawings from original drawings by Gordon Home, and a couple of detailed maps. It would be fascinating to follow these walks and see how much has changed in the last one hundred years. PLEASE NOTE the pocket-sized dimensions of this copy detailed below.

Contents: Around Fleet Street; Over the Water - A Ramble in Lambeth; In and Out of Smithfield; From Clement Danes to Lincoln's Inn; Round About the Adelphi; By London's City Walls. 

Inside the pages are clean and bright. With a small ink line in the top corner of the first few pages but these are minor and there is no other writing or markings of previous ownership. The top closed edge is tinted blue.

Blue cloth covered boards have black and gilt decoration to the front and spine. All in top order, clean and smart. With just some very slight rubbing to the corner tips and spine ends.
