1890s Speeches and Toasts: How to Make and Propose Them / Lovely Antique Hardback Book / In Good Condition / Vintage Advertisements

In good condition here is a super antique hardback copy of Speeches and Toasts: How to Make and Propose Them. A Handbook of Social Speech-Making For Every Occasion. Undated but would have been published in the 1890s by Ward, Lock & Bowden Ltd of London. Opens and closes with a number of charming antique advertisements.

Inside the pages are clean and tightly bound with no writing or inscriptions. Has tanning to the endpapers and the occasional folded corner. Cracks open at the hinges in a few pages but the binding of the text block is good and strong. Has some tanning and spotting along the closed top edge.

Brown cloth covered boards have black decoration and titles on the front and spine. Again in good order, with some faint dark marks to the front and back, and a couple of faint lighter marks in the middle of the front board.
