1978 Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte / Guild Publishing London / Green Faux Leather & Gilt / Beautiful Vintage Book

A lovely edition of Emily Bronte's classic novel Wuthering Heights. First published in this edition in 1978 by Guild Publishing of London. In very good condition, with one main CONDITION POINT to note being some chipping of the green faux leather along the bottom edge (see photos). Otherwise super - clean, bright and smart. With shiny gilt decoration.

Contents are super with the pages bright and tightly bound, with one small faint mark on the closed fore-edge. This copy has not been written in and there are no other markings of previous ownership. The book opens onto dark green endpapers decorated with an intricate gold pattern, all in top order. 

The attractive dark green faux-leather covers have also aged well. With the above-mentioned chipping to the green on the bottom edge, otherwise the eye-catching gilt decoration is sparkly bright.
