1975 Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll / Purnell Books / Colour Illustrations / Vintage Book

In good condition, here is a super vintage copy of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll. Published by Purnell Books in 1975 and containing the two Alice stories. With nine colour plates and many more black and white drawings by Jenny Thorne (see photos). 

Inside the pages are clean and tightly bound. Has some tanning and spitting to the outside edges and a couple of folded corners at the back. This copy has not been written in and there are no other markings of previous ownership.

Bright red faux leather boards have sparkly bright gilt titles and decoration. Again in top order with just a some very slight fading to the spine in comparison to the shiny bright front, but this is minor.
