1941 Holy Bible in Original Box

In absolutely excellent condition, here is a super Holy Bible still in it's original gold box, and with the original slip inside instructing how to care for it. The Bible itself looks to have never been out of the box. With pristine shiny gilt edges on all sides. Illustrated front cover, pale salmon pink faux leather, twelve colour illustrations and four colour maps. There is a little wear to the box edges (detailed below), but still remains very sturdy and will continue to protect the Bible for many more years to come. Published in 1941 by Collins Clear-Type Press, London.

Bible measures 14 cm x 10 cm, and has no condition points to note at all.

Box measures 15 cm x 11 cm. The lid is covered in shiny gilt floral paper. There is a partial split to one edge, and some rubbing to the extremities.
