1909 The Arabian Nights' Entertainments : Antique Book

In very good condition here is a charming antique copy of The Arabian Nights' Entertainments. Undated but with an inscription from 1909. Published by George Routledge and Sons, London.

Inside the contents are clean and tightly bound. With tanning to pages and toning along the top, otherwise good. Has an inked inscription to the front free endpaper, but no other writing or markings of previous ownership. There are a couple of nicked edges and folded corners - but minor. With a colour frontispiece, else unillustrated.

Blue cloth over boards have decoration to the front and spine, and gilt titles. Also in top order. Just a little tanning to the spine and rubbing to the gilt on the spine. Otherwise decoration and gilt is shiny bright and this is an eye-catching edition.
