In a lovely vellum binding, here is an antique copy of The Poetical Works of Robert Browning. Being two volumes bound together in the one book. Extremely comprehensive at 786 pages. With some wear (detailed below), but still a lovely copy.

Inside the pages are clean, bright and tightly bound, with spotting to the first and last few pages and to the portraits. With pale marbled endpapers. Has an inked inscription on the verso of the front free endpaper dated 1907. There is also one inked note at the top of one of the pages. Has a portrait frontispiece at the beginning of each separate volume. All edges are shiny gilt.

In a vellum binding with rust brown sides. With few faint dark marks to the boards and vellum. Has beautiful gilt to the spine, and with a calf leather title plate. The MAIN CONDIITON POINT to note is a scratch across the back board (see photos).
