Inside the pages are clean and tightly bound. Has a name and adress label at the top of the front paste down but no other writing or markings of previous ownership. The label has been partially obscured in the photos for data protection. Some mild spotting to the endpapers. With six black and white illustrated plates, collated and in good condition. All edges are shiny gilt.

Rust-brown cloth over boards have decoration to the front and spine, and gilt titles. Again in very good condition. A few faint dark marks to the cloth. Rubbing to the spine ends. There is a faded block to the back board (see photos). The decoration has remained bright, and the gilt shiny.
