1930s The Book of Common Prayer - Decorative Leather Bound Book

In very good condition, here is a pocket-size Book of Common Prayer, Together With Psalms and Lesson For Sundays and Holy Days and Hymns Ancient and Modern. Undated, but research shows it would have been published in the late 1930s. A very attractive copy, in decorative colourful leather. More details and dimensions below.

Inside the pages are clean and tightly bound, with a few folded corner tips. Has marbled endpapers - with an inked name at the front free endpaper. Has a small ink mark on the closed outside fore-edge.

In a dark-brown leather binding. Has stamped floral and diamond geometric pattern, with coloured highlights and a gilt border to the front. Gilt titles to the spine. A little rubbing to the spine ends and corners.
