1930 Five British Bird Prints / Large Colourful Bird Paintings / Taken From a Broken Book / In Very Good Condition / Framing, Scrapbooking

Antique artwork taken from a 1930 copy of British Birds by Kirkman and Jourdain. Here are five colour plates which are still in very good condition and so I rescued them from a book that was sadly not able to be saved, with a broken binding.

With very little sign of ageing and so are too lovely to be consigned along with the book. These would look super framed or could be used in other art projects. You may need to trim them down if framing.

The birds in this selection of five are: Gannets; Curlew chasing a Raven; Snowy Owl with Hare; Redbacked Shrikes; Green Woodpeckers.

I am selling these in batches of five but at time of writing I have quite a few pages of different birds if you'd like more, or specific birds do get in contact.

Each page is approximately 25.5 cm x 18.5 cm.
