Antique Rococo Brass Display Easel: Italian Art Nouveau Decor

In good condition, here is a lovely small, antique Italian Rococo or Baroque style brass display easel. Likely dating from the late 19th century. The ornate scrolling with floral motifs are characteristic of the Art Nouveau period.

The brass has the patina which comes with age, but this is a great feature for me.

These types of smaller, decorative easels were commonly used in the late 19th and early 20th century to display small paintings, photographs, mirrors, small books, plates and decorative pieces. I have a small book in the photos as an example. The book is for sale separately. Perfect for an antique or library aesthetic.
