Antique Italian Rococo Style Brass Display Easel / In Good Condition / Can Be Used To Display Mirrors, Paintings, Books etc.

In good condition, here is a lovely antique Italian Rococo style brass display easel. Likely dating from the late 19th century. The ornate scrolling with floral motifs are characteristic of the Art Nouveau period.

The brass has the patina which comes with age, but this is a feature for me.

These types of smaller, decorative easels were commonly used in the late 19th and early 20th century to display small paintings, photographs and decorative pieces. When I found it, it was being used to display a mirror. I have used it for larger, decorative books (see photos). Perfect for an antique or library aesthetic.

Measuring 45 cm tall and 28 cm wide. Weight 1.2 kg.
