In very good condition, here is a lovely vintage hardback copy of Jane Austen's Northanger Abbey. This version of her classic novel was originally published in 1950 by Reader's Union, London. With sixteen superb illustrations in colour by CE Brock which are some of the finest for any edition of Austen's novels. A super copy. 

Inside the pages are clean, bright and tightly bound. All sixteen colour plates are present and in excellent condition. This copy has not been written in and there are no other markings of previous ownership.

Blue boards have shiny gilt titles to the spine. In top order, with just one small light mark on the bottom front edge.
