In good condition, here is a lovely antique copy of Brittany - by Menpes and Menpes. Published in 1912 by Adam & Charles Black, London. With 75 super colour plates and lovely decorative boards. The illustrations are a mixture of landscapes and the portraits of characters from the region.

Inside the book opens with an inked name to the top of the front free endpaper, and a gift inscription to the top of the next blank page. All 75 colour plates are present as called for. Gilt to the top edge.

Purple cloth covered boards have a pale-green and olive design, and gilt titles. Again in good order. With some rubbing to the cloth on the corners and spine ends, and some chipping to the head of the spine. Has some very slight bumping to the corners, but minor. The purple on the spine has also tanned in comparison to the front and back. The gilt titles are bright.
