In excellent condition, here is a wonderfully illustrated antique copy of Shakespeare's Comedies. Published in 1911 by JM Dent and Sons, London. With fourteen superb black and white photogravure plates. In a good leather binding too. Condition in detail below.

Contents: The Tempest; The Two Gentlemen of Verona; The Merry Wives of Windsor; Measure For Measure; The Comedy of Errors; Much Ado About Nothing; Love's Labour's Lost; A Midsummer Night's Dream; The Merchant of Venice; As You Like It; The Taming of the Shrew; All's Well That Ends Well; Twelfth Night; The Winter's Tale.

Inside the pages are clean and tightly bound. No inscriptions or markings of previous ownership. Grey marbled endpapers. All illustrated plates are present as called for with their tissue-guards - all in top order. The top closed edge is gilt.

In a dark-green/brown leather binding, with green cloth sides. Again in top order. Just a little rubbing to the leather edges/corners. The spine has faded just a little, and has rubbing at the head and tail. The gilt titles and raised bands remain shiny bright. A clean, tight, square and smart edition.

Your copy of Shakespeare's Comedies will be wrapped with great care in tissue and ribbon* and sent well packaged. I am always happy to add a message to the parcel.
