1902 Christmas Books Including A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens - Illustrated Antique Book

In excellent condition, here is a lovely antique version of Charles Dickens' five Christmas books plus Reprinted Pieces. Undated, but would have been published around 1902 by Gresham, London. It would have been one volume in their larger collection of The Works of Charles Dickens. Has a colour frontispiece, plus eight black and white illustrations by CA Shepperton. More details below.

The five Christmas Books are: A Christmas Carol; The Chimes; The Cricket and the Hearth; The Battle of Life and The Haunted Man.

Inside the pages are clean, bright and tightly bound. With no inscriptions or markings of previous ownership. All illustrations are present as called for.

Dark-blue cloth over boards have gilt titles and raised bands to the spine. Again in top order. Just a very faint mark on the back - but minor.

A lovely, tight and square antique edition.
