1852 Prayer Book / Beautiful Devotional With Ornate Brass Edgings and Floral Clasp - Gilt Edged Pages

In excellent condition, here is a Book of Common Prayer, Together With The Psalms of David and The New Testament. Published in 1852 by Eyre & Spottiswoode. A very attractive devotional. Perfect for reading, gifting and looking beautiful on display. 

In a black leather binding with ornate floral brass edgings and decorative clasp. The hinge is excellent. Has a crest emblem featuring a crown on the front. Pages are shiny gilt on all sides. Some slight rubbing to the spine hinges and raised bands, but minor.

Pages are clean, bright and tightly bound. Has a pencilled inscription on the front free endpaper, but no other writing or markings of previous ownership.
