A super vintage King Penguin 1st Edition from 1950. Number 57 in the series. With the scarce dust jacket. Has sixteen colour plates from Johannes Hedwig's Descriptio Muscorum. In the original dust wrapper. All in excellent condition. The only condition point to note being some fading to the spine of the jacket, and a small name at the top of the front free endpaper.
