In very good condition, here is a charming antique copy of the fictional In the Scrum by Walter Rhoades. Undated but research shows it to have been published in 1922 by Humphrey Milford, London. 

An eye-catching copy, looking great on display.

Inside the pages are clean, bright and tightly bound with no writing or other markings of previous ownership. Lacks the blank front free endpaper, otherwise super. With a colour frontispiece, else an unillustrated edition. The book has developed a mild lean over time.

Decorative papered boards are also in top order. The book in no way looks to be over 100 years old. Clean and smart with just some very mild rubbing to the corners and spine ends, and a small bump on the bottom front edge.
