1906 Antique Poetry Collection in Eight Volumes : Illustrated

In very good condition, here is a beautiful antique poetry collection. In eight illustrated volumes with lovely illustrations, including two volumes with artwork by Jessie M King. Undated but published in 1906 by Caxton Publishing Co., London. Looking striking together as a set.

Comprising poetry by: Byron; Shelley; Scott; Whittier; Keats; Coleridge; Spenser and Browning.

Inside the pages are clean and tightly bound with no writing or markings of previous ownership. The top closed edges are gilt.

Brown cloth over boards have light brown and gilt decoration to the fronts and spines. Again in top order with just occasional faint marks, and mild rubbing to the cloth on the corners and spine ends. The gilt is shiny bright.
