Beautifully bound, and with thirty superb colour plates plus a number of line drawings and decorative fern initials at the start of each chapter. Large format - see dimensions below.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eInside the pages are clean, bright and tightly bound. Inked inscription to the verso of the frontispiece. Spotting to the endpapers and around page edges. Gapes at the gutter in places (see photos), but in no way effecting the binding which is good and strong. All of the colour plates are present as called for, and all in super condition. Floral endpapers. All edges shiny gilt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGreen cloth over boards have beautiful fern decoration to the front and spine in gilt and black. Again in top order. Bevelled edges. Light mark at the bottom of the back board, plus a couple of faint dark marks - but minor. A little rubbing and rounding to the cloth on the spine ends. The decoration on the front and spine remains shiny bright, and this is an extremely attractive book.
