An antique book collection of four beautiful decorative books in brown. Good Wives by Louisa May Alcott (1890s); The Tanglewood Tales (1890s); A Little Mother To The Others by LT Meade (c1900); The Throne of David by Rev JJ Ingram (1890s).

Looking striking on the vintage bookshelf forming an instant library/book décor. PLEASE NOTE these are antique used books and may have some of the following: foxing, inscriptions, names, book plates, creases, folded corners, rubbing to the cloth. So these decorative books have more wear than my usual stock but they remain good antique books, suitable for reading as well as décor, shelf decoration.

In this set there is quite a bit of wear to the brown cloth on the boards of both Good Wives and also the LT Meade (see photos). With fading to the cloth on the front and back of the Meade. The contents are still firmly bound and readable and the spines look great together in this brown collection.

I am always on the lookout for further vintage literature sets in different colour schemes to build up a library.
